How can we advance better opportunities for young people in Colombia? This is a question that requires evidence, coordination, and collective action.
At Fundación Corona, we have consolidated 10 strategic agendas that bring together lessons learned, technical knowledge, and years of experience working on key issues such as education, employment, participation, and capacity building.
These agendas address fundamental priorities for the country’s development, including:
Transforming secondary and post-secondary education
Strengthening the connection between education and employment
Promoting meaningful and effective youth participation
Advancing technology governance
Strengthening institutional frameworks for youth development

A Roadmap for Action
More than a document, these agendas represent a practical proposal for decision-making. Built on evidence and grounded in local experience, they are designed to inform the development of policies, programs, and initiatives across sectors.
Together, the 10 agendas are intended to serve public, private, social, and academic actors, enriching the conversation and promoting solutions that respond effectively to the needs and aspirations of young people.
A Call to Build Together
At Fundación Corona, we are convinced that the challenges facing young people cannot be addressed in isolation. They require collaboration, dialogue, and coordination among multiple stakeholders.

For this reason, this publication is also an invitation to combine capabilities, challenge perspectives, and co-create collective solutions that expand opportunities for future generations.
At the same time, we invite you to continue exploring these topics through our blog section, where we regularly share reflections, analysis, and proposals on the challenges and opportunities facing young people in Colombia.
