NuestraBarranquilla recognizes trust as an enabling element for effective collaboration among diverse sectors and stakeholders, as it fosters cooperation in pursuit of common goals. In this sense, it is necessary to understand the elements that promote trust and collaboration between young people and stakeholders in the youth ecosystem in order to continue developing coordination strategies so that the city generates harmonized and complementary initiatives that promote the development and well-being of young people.

The NuestraBarranquilla team is carrying out various research and mapping activities aimed at identifying findings that will provide clues to the definition of

a roadmap of actions within the framework of its mission. Within this process, Estudio Plural comes in to support from a behavioral and cultural perspective.

From there, Plural develops two social experiments, with a behavioral and cultural perspective, that seek to contribute to the identification of factors that promote trust and collaboration between young people and private organizations in Barranquilla.
