This report presents an updated overview of the agenda for generating opportunities for young people in Bogotá. The first chapter provides a brief national and local context for this agenda. The second chapter delves into the diverse realities of young people, with an emphasis on those with high potential. The third chapter addresses the main structural barriers that limit access to opportunities for this population. The fourth chapter presents the current strategies being developed by the education and employment ecosystem and by GOYN Bogotá, highlighting the lessons learned from this collective impact initiative after three years of implementation. Finally, the fifth chapter presents key public policy recommendations.
