In its fifth edition, the National Inclusive Employment Report (INEI): A Story for Everyone, focuses on analyzing structural gaps, delving into the trajectories of different populations, and paving the way toward a more inclusive country. New this year, the INEI is presented in two volumes:

- We present VOLUME B: an analysis with a differential and intersectional approach that makes visible systemic gaps that affect women, young people, migrants, black, Afro-descendant, Raizal and Palenquera populations, and indigenous people; populations in which multiple layers of inequality overlap, impacting their educational and employment trajectories
