Corona Foundation Strategy 2030
The main objective of this strategy is to help young people access relevant, sufficient, and equitable educational, employment, and personal choice opportunities, recognizing the urgency of taking advantage of the last window of opportunity for the demographic dividend in the country. This strategy is based on five principles: a systemic perspective, shared responsibility, innovation and continuous learning, the generation and promotion of public goods, and shared solutions that can be adapted and scaled up by other stakeholders.
The theory of change guiding our 2030 strategy posits that if the system of educational, employment, and free-choice opportunities for young people is activated through the development of shared agendas, capacity building, and the promotion of co-responsible leadership, then this same system can co-create more collaborative, adaptive, and effective ways of working with young people. This, in turn, will allow young people to truly take advantage of these opportunities, generating an impact on their individual development and the collective progress of the country.
Our aspirational vision for 2035 is that of a co-responsible, collaborative and adaptive ecosystem, where young people unleash their potential and are recognized as legitimate agents of the economic, social and democratic development of Colombia.
