2025 Citizen Perception Survey: A Look at How Bogotá Is Sensed
We present the 25th edition of the Citizen Perception Survey (EPC) by Bogotá Cómo Vamos, an initiative led by Fundación Corona, El Tiempo, the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
This report provides a comprehensive view of how citizens perceive the city, revealing a Bogotá of contrasts: while concerns are growing around issues such as security, mobility, health, and trust in institutions, emotional connections to the city are also strengthening, reflected in higher levels of satisfaction, pride, and optimism.
The survey offers insights into key topics, including:
Youth perceptions of the city’s present and future
Security challenges and the relationship between citizens and institutions
Everyday experiences with mobility and urban services
Beyond the data, the 2025 Citizen Perception Survey is a valuable tool for understanding trends, identifying gaps, and contributing to informed decision-making about Bogotá’s development.
