Lessons learned from the inclusive business employability pathway
What is the Inclusive Employability Pathway?
A strategy created in partnership between the Corona Foundation, Comfandi and Compromiso Valle, aimed at supporting companies in incorporating the DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) approach into their human talent processes.
To date, it has developed three versions (2022-2023-2024), reaching 141 companies. A study was conducted in 2025 to systematize the lessons learned from implementation and identify the main changes achieved within the participating companies.
