This guide addresses the main concerns regarding various regulations affecting the integration of people with disabilities into the Colombian labor market. It also answers some of the questions this population has when signing an employment contract.

The main objective of this technical document is to guide and facilitate the work of all social actors interested in contributing to the inclusion of this population: People with disabilities and their social organizations, employers, employment agencies, service providers, among others.
